“ Absolutely love this place! I have tried a lot of drinks from their menu and a lot of them were really nice, except for the matcha drinks. I just think that their matcha powder is bland and does not have enough aroma. I would recommend the original milk tea or thai milk tea with brown sugar boba. I also love their honey popping boba. Their service was really good. The staffs took good care of my orders. Their decoration is really cute and makes me feel so cozy. ”

“ My experience deserves a one star, but I am in management and I know how important reviews are to the business so I'm not going to do that. However, the person who made my drink used her bare finger to wipe around the edge of my cup proceeded to lick her finger and then wipe around the other edge and put a lid on it. She did not wear gloves. Neither did the person who made my daughter's food. That's just not ok. Honestly I don't even think she realized until after but still she should have remade it. I know she knew she did that and that I saw her, which made it even worse. So unsanitary. The upside is, they were very friendly and welcoming. But it's very important to take sanitation seriously. ”

“ I stopped by today and got the Strawberry Shortcake Frappe. It was insanely good! Perfectly sweet, super creamy, and full of strawberry flavor. The staff was friendly and the place had a cute vibe too. Definitely will be returning!! ”

“ I stopped by this place right before closing today and was completely blown away. The vibe is so cute!! and the boba tea is *next level* — perfectly balanced flavors, not overly sweet, and the brown sugar boba pearls were delicious! fresh, soft, and just the right amount of chewy. You can tell they really care about the quality of their drinks. There was only one staff making all the drinks and the service was very quick. Mind you we came right before closing and she was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate/knowledgeable about their menu. If you’re a boba fan (or even just curious to try it), this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back — and bringing friends! ”

“ Tried this place on a Thursday afternoon and I have to say I was truly impressed. The decor all around was super cute and cozy! It had plenty of space to sit and just lounge while sipping on your drink. When you first walk in they have plenty of menu boards to read about all the different drinks they offer. Once ready, you can order with an associate or on a kiosk. I chose to order it myself cause it gave me the opportunity to take my time and look into all the available options. I have to say I really love the fact that all the drinks can be customized in every which way you can imagine, especially the sugar level! I personally dont like overly sweet drinks, so this option was awesome! The young girls preparing the drinks were super friendly and answered all my questions with care and patience. Overall this place is a must try at least once! I personally will definitely be returning to try some other delicious options. ”

I was however, very impressed on how she handles the pressure and stress from the guest especially from my friend which I admit was difficult to deal with, but the trainer maintained her composure and her cool. She was great and I hope she sees this, and I appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. ”
